We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Adviser to join our HR team at Autism Initiatives in the Isle of Man.
This is an exciting opportunity for a pragmatic, people-focused HR professional who enjoys working in partnership with managers and colleagues to provide high-quality advice, resolve complex people matters and help create a positive, inclusive and supportive working environment.
Working across the organisation, you will provide a comprehensive generalist HR advisory service, supporting managers and staff across the full employee lifecycle. You will play an important role in ensuring that HR policies and practices are applied consistently, fairly and in accordance with employment legislation and organisational values.
As HR Adviser, you will manage a varied caseload and provide advice and guidance across a broad range of employee relations matters, including:
This role would suit a challenging, dynamic and creative team player, who is collaborative but who leads by example and has the ability to work under pressure, plan, prioritise and meet sometimes conflicting deadlines.
This is a truly rewarding role, with the opportunity for you to develop your existing skills and knowledge within a HR environment.
Ideally you will already have obtained a Level 5 CIPD qualification, or will be working towards and have relevant experience in a similar role.
This position is subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure for the successful applicant, costs of which will be met by Autism Initiatives
