Are you ready for the next step in your career? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Deputy Resource Centre Manager to join our friendly team in Blackpool.
As a Deputy Resource Centre Manager, you support the Community Resource Centre Manager and also work collaboratively with the Area Manager to deliver on new, creative opportunities to develop different services and support.
We are looking for an engaging leader who demonstrates a good understanding of autism and is able to model good practice. You will be outcome focused, display leadership qualities and will support the Resource Centre Manager with building a strong team.
Key focus areas for the Deputy Resource Centre Manager will include:
In this role, you will be an active member of the senior team. You will demonstrate best practice, act as a role model for your team and provide formal supervision, day-to-day support, guidance and direction. You will also help ensure outreach services are delivered to people within the local community.
You will have a Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification or willing to work towards. If you have not obtained this qualification Autism Initiatives will support you in working towards this on taking up the position.
